Head of Penza branch Yury Egorov explained that, the purpose of program is to inform clients of the bank about objects of real estate which are building now and offers of the secondary market of habitation and also consultation on all questions of mortgage lending of Sberbank.

In a course of “Mortgage Saturday” everybody could receive all necessary information about housing crediting and choose the object of real estate,” said Yury Egorov.

He informed that Sberbank offers clients some programs of crediting including “Acquisition of Ready Habitation,” “Acquisition of Habitation under Construction,” “Apartment House Building,” “Country Real Estate,” “Garage,” “Refinancing of Housing Credits” and also “Mortgage with State Support.”

According to Yury Egorov, there are among builders and agencies of real estate participating in “Mortgage Saturdays”, bank partners — the largest participants of the market of real estate are presented: Ltd “Penzastroy”, LLC “Revera,” LLC “Termodom,” LLC “SKM Groups,” company “Megapolis,” agencies of real estate “Alyans” and “Kirsh.”

“Thus Sberbank is ready for cooperation with all builders and realtors of the Penza region interested in development of partner relations with bank and presentation of the offers to a wide range of clients in frameworks of “Mortgage Saturday,” was said in Penza branch of bank.

Yury Egorov added that “Mortgage Saturday” is held in Sberbank once a quarter and more often.

“The following “Mortgage Saturday” is planned to be held in Penza in April,” informed the spokesman.
