Penza, 19 March 2012. PenzaNews. Penza region won first place in rating of subjects of the Russian Federation on dynamics of investments in human capital assets made by “RIA-analyst” on basis of given reports on execution of consolidated budgets of the regions, published on site of Federal Exchequer.

According to resulted data, Penza region in 2011 increased expenses fro education, public health services, physical culture and sports by 68.4%. The share of these expenses in the consolidated budget of region totaled 45%.

Chechen Republic which increased budgetary assignments for education, public health services, physical culture and sports by 62.4% is the second place of rating.

Smolensk (+58.8%), Tambov (+56.6%) and Samara areas (56.1%) are also among five leaders of rating.

In recalculation per capita the absolute leader under the given expenses is Chukchi joint-stock company with 121 thousand rubles indicator against 21.5 thousand rubles Russian average indicator. In the Penza region this indicator is 16 950 rubles per head, the press-service of the ministry of investment development and business of the Penza region informs.

Last year the Penza region took 63th place with 1.82% and expenses in absolute calculation at a rate of 10 thousand rubles per a head.
