Penza, 23 March 2012. PenzaNews. The certifying center which renders services in release and service of certificates of signature keys to legal entities and individuals, began to work as a part of JSC "Operator Elektronnogo Pravitelstva" in the Penza region.

As the head of information department of the region Alexander Antonov reported, the certificate on accession of the Penza certifying center was received on March 15 to uniform system of the certifying centers in the field of digital signature.

"Delivery and support of certificates of keys of the signature is carried out by "Kriptopro" program. The technological base of the certifying center is constructed on the basis of the modern means of information protection certificated by FSS of Russia, FSTEC of the Russian Federation and it satisfies all requirements of the legislation in the field of information security," the spokesman emphasized.
