Penza 37th in rating “TOP 100 Best Russian Cities”

Penza, 4 April 2012. PenzaNews. Penza is 37th in rating “TOP 100 Best Russian Cities” made by business magazine “Sekret Firmy” of Kommersant holding.

Penza having total index 33.57 is between Almetyevsk (33.59) and Odintsovo (33.54).

Krasnodar (52.02), Podolsk (50.05) and Khimki (48.73) are rating leaders. Sergiev Posad (25.30), Yessentuki (25.22) and Pervouralsk (25.20) close the list of hundred best Russian cities.

According to the experts of magazine “Sekret Firmy”, there were five indexes: social, infrastructure, construction, wealth and financial efficiency to estimate 155 Russian cities over 100 thousand people population.
