Penza, 22 May 2012. PenzaNews. The managers of JSC Domostroitel refused Penza municipal duma deputies to visit the enterprise in an attempt to solve the problem of recession. The mayor of Penza Ivan Belozertsev reported about this during municipal duma session on Tuesday, May 22.

“The group of deputies engaged in solving problems of JSC Domostroitel, sent the letter to its director Ivan Kulikov offering to visit the enterprise and answer the questions of workers, heads and shareholders on the spot,” explained Ivan Belozertsev.

“However, to our regret and great surprise, Ivan Mikhaylovich Kulikov did not come into contact neither personally nor in a written form, but sent his representatives who refused to meet,” summarized the mayor.
