Penza, 25 June 2012. PenzaNews. The Committee of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia approved the construction of industrial park in Penza with the total area of 4 thousand square meters. This information came from Yuri Krivov, the chairman of the regional government at a press conference on Monday, June 25. “The new business incubator of industrial and office type will be located in a former specialized school No. 1 in Lenin Street, which will at first be subjected to major overhaul,” explained the chairman.

Yuri Krivov underlined that a quarter of rooms will be reserved exclusively for the production.
“The business incubator in Lenin Street will be “the little brother” of the technology park “Yablochkov,” and the employees of the two institutions will share their experiences,” noted Yuri Krivov.
According to his words, the estimated project budget is 72 million rubles.
“Another project approved by the Committee of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, became a business incubator of industrial and office type with the total area of 10 thousand square meters in Kuznetsk budgeted 170 million rubles,” summed up Yuri Krivov.
