Penza, 31 July 2012. PenzaNews. The Government of the Penza Region has approved the size of a living wage for the second quarter of 2012: it made up 5,466 rubles per capita at an average.

A living wage for the working age population is set at 5,957 rubles, for retirees — 4,395 rubles, for children — 5,339 rubles.

The cost of a consumer basket in the second quarter of 2012 amounted to 5,077 rubles, meaning that Penza resident will spend 2,039 rubles to buy food, 925 rubles — for non-food items, and 2,113 rubles will be paid for different services.
