Penza, 3 August 2012. PenzaNews. Investors Forum will be held in the Penza region in the framework of Humanitarian Forum Province which is scheduled for autumn 2012. First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment Development and Business of the Penza region Vladimir Volkov announced this on Friday, August 3.

“We have chosen a fundamentally new format, this event will bear no resemblance to traditional investment forums. For example, we abandoned usual exposition of regional investment projects,” Vladimir Volkov said and added that the event would focus on businessmen who had contributed to the development of the economy and on opportunities that the Penza region prepares for new investments.

According to the minister, a round table “Investing in the Russian province. How to reconcile the interests of the investor and the region” and state reception on behalf of the Governor Vasily Bochkarev are scheduled in the framework of the Investors Forum.

“Russian and foreign investors, representatives of business community, federal and regional authorities, investment companies, the world’s largest financial institutions are invited to participate in the forum. The date of the event is on hold for the moment,” Vladimir Volkov concluded.
