Zarechny, 3 August 2012. PenzaNews. The opening ceremony of the bakery “Zarechensky karavay” (Zarechensky loaf) was held in Zarechny, the Penza region on Friday, August 3.

According to the head of the city administration Vyacheslav Gladkov, the event became significant for the residents, because for the past few years they had to buy mostly imported bakery products.

During a tour around the mini-factory, the owner of the bakery Oleg Adamov informed that the company produces 12 kinds of baked products. The company is planning to widen the range up to 40 items.

“The distinctive feature of the “Zarechensky karavay” is a “breathing” package. It allows you to extend the expiration date of products from 36 to 48 hours and prevents mold growth,” underlined Oleg Adamov.

A bakery shop “Goryachy khleb” (Hot bread) belonging to the mini-factory was opened on the same day in Zarechny.

“Its first customer was the mayor of Zarechny Vyacheslav Gladkov, who noted that bread was really hot and very tasty,” pointed out the head of Media Relations of the department of Public Relations of Zarechny Tatiana Saltsova.
