Jam Rona Ergin also noted that in 2012 LLC Agsen has installed irrigation system on the area of 120 hectares, purchased grain dryer with the capacity of 25 tons per hour and begun the construction of a hangar for agricultural machinery.
“In 2013, we plan to buy two Claas harvesters and ten KAMAZ cars,” the manager stated.
In turn, the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev encouraged Turkish investors to look into the possibility of not only the production of grain, but its processing, and cattle breeding.
“We are interested in beef and lamb because the Russian Federation is an import-dependent in this part. However, if you choose pigs breeding it will also be a huge advantage. Poultry can also be profitable, namely egg production,” Vasily Bochkarev said.
He also encouraged the representatives of LLC Agsen to think over the creation of an enterprise on cattle hides manufacture.
“A slaughterhouse for up to 70 thousand units per year will soon start its work in the Penza region, so cattle hides manufacture may be relevant and profitable business,” the head of the region stated.
