As the press service of the bank told news agency “PenzaNews,” the new manager took office in accordance with the order of the Volga Bank OJSC Sberbank of Russia of 28 August 2012.

Mikhail Kisel was born in 1973.

In 1995, he graduated from the Saratov State Academy of Economics; he is Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He began his career in the Saratov investment company Proinvest.

He has been working in the banking sector since 1994. He worked his way from the head of the securities department to the deputy chairman of the bank LLC KB Saratov, from the head of foreign exchange transactions, summary and economic analysis, to the deputy chairman of the Board of JSC Volga German Bank.

From 2006 to 2009, he headed the Saratov branch of OJSC AKB Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Until January 2012, he had been the head of the Penza branch of OJSC VTB Bank for two years.

In January 2012, he was appointed advisor to the chairman of the Volga Bank OJSC Sberbank of Russia.
