Penza, 2 October 2012. PenzaNews. Labor unions must be established at each factory of the Penza region. This was announced by the Governor Vasily Bochkarev during a working visit to Gorodischensky district on Monday, October 1.

“In my opinion, no manufactory can operate properly without the organization, responsible for defending the rights of employees,” he said.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, labor unions need to possess more power for more productive activity.

“Unions should be a link between management and staff of a company, they should solve problems of salary raise and rights of employees; furthermore, they should be engaged in work on staff professional training, increase of working efficiency and equipment modernization,” he concluded.
