Penza, 8 October 2012. PenzaNews. Budget deficit in the Penza region will drop to 2 billion rubles in 2013 according to the project submitted in the state government on Monday, October 8. The Minister of Finance of the region Eugenia Krasheninnikova noted that this year the difference between income and expenditure of the budget amounted to 6,8 billion rubles.

“This is huge deficit. It is planned to be declining further on. In 2014, we expect it to be 1,353 million rubles, in 2015 — 527 million rubles,” Eugenia Krasheninnikova explained.

She clarified that, according to the budget project, total revenue for 2013 is planned to be 35,815 million rubles.

“In 2014, this amount is expected to reach 32,5 billion rubles. In 2015 — 34 billion rubles. The total expenditure in 2013 is planned to be 38 billion rubles, in 2014 — around 34 billion rubles, in 2015 — over 34,5 billion rubles,” added the Minister.

She stressed that the Penza region budget of 2012 was formed at the rate of 41 billion rubles of revenues and 48 billion of expenditure.
