Belinsky, 9 October 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev visited confectionery company “Isaichkin” located in Belinsky, on Monday, October 8.

The tour around the production site was organized by the director of the company Vladimir Isaichkin. He showed Vasily Bochkarev production shops, which currently produce over 50 types of products.

“In 1996 we began baking bread products on a small scale, then we were able to develop the company and start producing confectionery,” Vladimir Isaichkin said.

He also stressed that in the last year production growth was approximately 15%, while the number of jobs and average wage increased steadily.

“At the moment the company employs about 80 people, who receive on the average 18 thousand rubles a month,” Vladimir Isaichkin specified.

The head of the company noted that over the past year for the sake of product quality improvement and expansion of product range they purchased oven for cooking small short pastry, the molding machine and equipment for cake replication.

“Currently, we are constructing an extra building on the neighboring lot for Russian and foreign equipment to expand the product range,” Vladimir Isaichkin added.

In turn, Vasily Bochkarev thanked employees of the company for their good work, and stressed that it is due to such exemplary companies that the region is recognized not only in the neighboring regions of the country, but also in the Russian capital.
