According to the chairman of the board of Bank Kuznetsky Mikhail Dralin, the success of the credit institution is based on effective management system, and the development and implementation of new banking products and services.

Mikhail Dralin stressed that while working the bank managed to achieve significant success.

“Bank Kuznetsky works with the companies of various industries, including small and medium businesses. Its clients include more that 5,500 of legal bodies and more than 60 thousand individuals. To date, the Bank’s assets grew by 24%, balance sheet – by 22%, household deposits – by 25%, loan portfolio of private clients – by 40%, the number of accounts of legal entities – by 11%, and the number of cards – by 62 %,” he said.

Mikhail Dralin also reminded that in 2012, the credit institution became open joint stock market entity, registered IPO prospectus listed on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), and once again confirmed its bank rating “B ++” with stable prospects.

Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered on October 26, 1990 under register number 609. On January 19, 2012 it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.

OJSC Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks-participants of the system of obligatory insurance of contributions on January 14, 2005 under register number 428. In July 2012, the leading independent national rating agency “Analysis, consultations and marketing” confirmed the bank rating “B ++” with stable prospects.
