Bank Kuznetsky received license for foreign currency transactions

Penza, 29 October 2012. PenzaNews. Central Bank of Russia issued JSC Bank Kuznetsky the license to conduct banking operations in rubles and foreign currency without involving deposits from individuals.

“The fact of granting the license is a confirmation from the Central Bank of reliability, stability and success of the bank, an important step in achieving the strategic objectives of the credit institution and competitiveness,” stated the Chairman of the Board of Bank Kuznetsky Mikhail Dralin.

He noted that the foreign exchange license would give the bank additional opportunities for business development, move to a new, higher level of work, to extend the list of services provided to customers.

“In fact, the financial institution will be able to open and maintain bank accounts of legal entities, to buy and sell foreign currency and give bank guarantees,” summed up Mikhail Dralin.

Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered on October 26, 1990 under register number 609. On January 19, 2012 it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.

OJSC Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks-participants of the system of obligatory insurance of contributions on January 14, 2005 under register number 428. In July 2012, the leading independent national rating agency “Analysis, consultations and marketing” confirmed the bank rating “B ++” with stable prospect.
