“The foundation is to provide support to the private sector to implement any project at the initial stages,” he explained.

According to Vladimir Volkov, it will allow entrepreneurs to significantly accelerate the development of their own business.

“The Foundation will invest in projects and have a share in them. After some time, the entrepreneur will be able to buy his share back and become the only owner of the business,” he clarified.

“Penza foundation of direct investment will be one of the first projects of this kind in the country,” concluded Vladimir Volkov.
