According to Vasily Bochkarev, to increase the investment flow to the regions and create favorable conditions for solving economic problems in Russia, the legislation should be amended.

“In particular, the tax code should be reviewed in favor of business,” said the head of the region.

According to the press service of the Government of the Penza region, the heads of constituent territories and the heads of major international companies took part in the discussion.
