“The foreign policy of the US President Barack Obama is very transparent. He intends to build constructive business relationships with many foreign countries, including Russia,” he noted.
According to Kendrick White, if the Jackson-Vanik Amendment is repealed in the nearest future, US companies will actively start investing in the development of business and innovations in Russia.
“Later on, it will lead to the situation when Russian businessmen realize the importance of investing in the latest developments,” he stressed.
Kendrick White added that the Penza region is one of the few regions of Russia, where the investors have the most favorable conditions.
