According to the Acting Chairman of the Volga branch of Sberbank of Russia Vladimir Sitnov, this project was carried out ahead of schedule in 2012.
“The plan was to transfer to the new standards 197 offices, and the fact is 205,” he said.
Vladimir Sitnov noted that as of January 1, 2013, within the Volga branch 40% of urban and 4% of rural network have been reformatted.
Vladimir Sitnov explained that due to the project we should have a modern network of bank offices, where all services are provided at the highest level.
“Our goal is a reliable, uninterrupted provision of banking services to customers with the most modern technical and management solutions. This year, significant emphasis will be placed on reformatting of offices in rural areas. We will keep the same pace of activity so that the clients of all offices within the Volga branch could appreciate the new format of the service,” he emphasized.
The plan of the Penza division of Sberbank in 2013 is to reformat over 10 offices not only in Penza, but also in the regional centers — Kamenka and Kuznetsk.
