Micro-district of low-rise dwelling to be built in Ramzay

Penza, 25 February 2013. PenzaNews. A micro-district of economy class low-rise dwelling will be constructed in village Ramsay, the Penza region in the next few years. This was announced by the deputy chairman of the regional government Alexander Kalashnikov during an operational meeting on Monday, February 25.

“The cost per one square meter of dwelling will be reduced due to the fact that the ferroconcrete items for the construction will be produced in the immediate vicinity of the construction site,” he explained.
Alexander Kalashnikov added that a similar economy-class dwelling will be built near village Zarya.
“Currently, we are negotiating with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development the possibility to finance the construction of engineering networks in these micro-districts from the regional and federal budgets,” he concluded.
