According to the press service of the bank, minimum rates in rubles will amount to 12% per annum for housing loan and 13,5% per annum for car loans.

“In addition, Sberbank is launching a new campaign for the new home market and all categories of borrowers, which will operate at special conditions: single rate of 12% per annum in rubles for up to 12 years, and the initial payment from 12% of the property value. The offer is valid for the applications filed during the period from March 1 to May 31, 2013. There is no interest rate markup before the mortgage registration, as well as restrictions on the time of construction completion,” the press service explained to news agency “PenzaNews.”

Retail lending department director Natalia Alymova expressed the opinion that this campaign will set the customers in spring optimistic mood.
