Karim Kuzakhmetov authorized to protect rights of Penza entrepreneurs

Penza, 21 March 2013. PenzaNews. Karim Kuzakhmetov was appointed an adviser to the governor of the Penza region on the right protection of Penza entrepreneurs. This was announced by the First Deputy Chairman – Minister of Investment Development and Business in the region Vladimir Volkov during a meeting with journalists on Thursday, March 21.

“A certain advantage of Karim Kuzakhmetov is his experience working in both government and business. A position of an adviser will provide him with administrative resources to solve problems which are hard to deal with at a lower level,” Vladimir Volkov specified.
He added that the Ministry of Investment Development and Business of the Penza region supported the institution for entrepreneurs’ right protection.
“The adviser will form a business community of representatives from all fields of business who are ready to speak directly about their problems and seek solutions together with the authorities. We hope that the adviser will be active and constructive, presenting suggestions for improving the business climate in the region, as well as lobbying for the interests of businesses,” Vladimir Volkov commented.
Karim F. Kuzakhmetov was born in Penza, July 13, 1982.
He graduated from the Penza State Agricultural Academy. After the university, he engaged in small wholesale business, worked as an invited manager in Moscow office of “Tarkett,” headed the contact center “SonaxTell” in Penza, and the company, which supplied materials for hygiene products.
He also has experience working in the civil service as the deputy head of the department for business development of the Penza region.
