Karim Kuzakhmetov: Institution for entrepreneurs’ right protection designed to improve business climate

The work of the institution for entrepreneurs’ right protection, established in the Penza region, will focus primarily on optimizing the business climate in the region. This was stated by the adviser to the governor of the Penza region on entrepreneurs’ right protection Karim Kuzakhmetov during a meeting with journalists on Thursday, March 21.

“Our actions will be based on collaboration with community organizations representing the interests of business. They will be a part of the institution. Moreover, we are committed to work with federal and regional agencies — the prosecutor’s office, anti-monopoly service, and other departments. Such an agreement already exists,” he stressed.
According to Karim Kuzakhmetov, the barriers to entrepreneurs are created by certain people, and not the authority, which is often compromised by their activity.
“Our main objectives are considering applications from business, mostly small one, and analyzing business situation. We shall also consult entrepreneurs on a large number of existing laws and orders so that they are able solving their problems in shorter time,” he explained.
It is planned that the adviser will report on activities of the institution to the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region.
