Director of Penza branch of JSC “NCC” Igor Mironov explained that 3G+ network is based on LTE Ready principle, which will make it easier to transfer to 4G network in the future.

“This network is built using technology HSPA+, which provides data transition rates up to 21 Mbit / s with the possibility to upgrade to 42 Mbit / s. There are over 900 base stations of the new generation in the Volga Federal District, where 3G+ network has been developed. In Penza, the number of such stations is sufficient for reliable coverage,” Igor Mironov noted.

Talking about the regional centers, he pointed out that the company thoroughly plans new construction works and development of the network.

“Taking the decision to expand the coverage area, we analyze the demand for our services, as well as the feedback from our customers. We understand that we are entering the market, where there are other service providers, that is why we are trying to maintain attractive prices for our customers. For example, for mobile phone owners who use the mobile Internet from time to time for viewing news pages, social networks, and e-mail, the company offers the service “Internet with you” — unlimited access at 2,75 rubles per day,” the director of Penza branch of JSC “NCC” explained.

Igor Mironov added that tariff “3G + Connect” was designed for the mobile Internet use on tablets, laptops or computers, including USB-modems, and each subscriber may select a traffic package depending on their needs from 3 to 30 GB per month.

At the end of the event, an awarding ceremony of the winners of the V inter-regional competition of personal blogs and accounts of the Internet communities of the Volga Federal District organized by Rostelekom.
