Penza, 18 July 2013. PenzaNews. Penza branch of Sberbank will continue cooperating with SKM Group in financing construction projects of the holding and will take part in the construction of new houses in the residential complex “Arberkovskaya zastava” in Penza.

“The new joint project involves the construction of two 16-storey residential buildings No. 6 and No. 8,” the deputy top manager of Penza branch of Sberbank of Russia Viktor Mironov said.

He added that the total cost of the project is 360 million rubles; the financing period is 3 years.

“As a result, the residents of Penza will receive 220 new apartments,” the agency interlocutor noted.

Viktor Mironov stressed that thanks to the joint project on building four residential houses in the complex “Arberkovskaya zastava,” over 1,5 million families had a chance to obtain high-quality modern housing at prices affordable for the majority of the population.

“SKM Group has extensive experience in construction of residential and commercial real estate. Since 2006, the holding company has built over 300 thousand square meters of high-rise housing. SKM Group has been partners with Sberbank of Russia since 2009,” the bank representative stressed.
