Penza, 19 July 2013. PenzaNews. Penza branch of Sberbank of Russia has opened a line of credit to finance the construction of a 4-section apartment building of variable-rise in a residential area “Sputnik” in Penza, being constructed by Group of Companies Termodom.

According to the deputy top manager of Penza branch of Sberbank of Russia Viktor Mironov, Sberbank has been involved in the project, which entered a list of 22 best pilot investment projects of integrated development for housing construction in Russia, since 2012.

“The construction territory of the new residential area is 213,8 hectares, the area of the housing to be commissioned is over 1,407 thousand square meters. The entire project is scheduled for the period of up to 2016,” Viktor Mironov noted.

He stressed that the residential area “Sputnik” includes all the necessary elements of infrastructure services: pre-school institutions, secondary school, sports and leisure complex, outpatient clinics, pharmacies, post office, office of Sberbank, security department, play-grounds, as well as several covered parking lots.

“Between Penza branch of Sberbank and Group of Companies Termodom concluded cooperation agreements according to which individuals are provided with loans of the bank for housing purchase at favorable terms,” the agency interlocutor noted.
