“Any private farming can be considered as a cooperative. And for the development of the agricultural businesses it is important to create and implement projects on cooperation of separate farms taking into account experience of European countries, such as Finland, France, which have achieved good results,” the governor said.
Vasily Bochkarev noted that cooperatives should be headed by creative, active people, who are able to manage the work of such enterprises professionally.
“Only then can we create effective production and achieve high indices to allow us working with the regional trade networks,” the governor stressed.
