Penza, 26 August 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev signed a decree of the regional government on privatization of shares of JSC “Domostroitel” on Monday, August 26.

According to the document, a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” 7,489 ordinary shares owned by the Penza region are planned to be privatized, which is 19,88% of the share capital, of the joint stock company “Domostroitel” by selling them at auction with submission of public price bids.

“Set the initial price of the shares [...] in the amount of 114,615 thousand rubles. Department of State Property of the Penza region (F. Bukhturin) is to sell the stated [...] property and to make legal actions related to the implementation of the privatization conditions,” the text of the decree states.
