Penza, 30 August 2013. PenzaNews. “Kanzler” brand store which is the 78th one in Russia was opened in Penza as a part of the project “Business Start” by Sberbank.

“The owner of the new store Elena Fomicheva learned about the opportunities of acquiring start-up capital in additional office No. 8424 /01 of Penza branch of OJSC Sberbank of Russia, and decided to start business by franchising program,” the press service of the bank told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The bank explained that they deal only with reliable partners, so “Kanzler” brand was chosen being the winner of many professional awards, both regional and federal.

“Now residents of Penza will be able to appreciate the style and quality of the men's collections by “Kanzler,” the press service added.

During the opening of the store, the representatives of Sberbank presented Elena Fomicheva with gifts and flowers.

In turn, she thanked the employees of the bank for their tact and professionalism, as well as new opportunities for the development of small business.

“I've always felt support of Sberbank. Manager Olga Pozdnyakova helped me at all stages of processing the loan, even when searching the place for the store,” she commented.
