Penza, 30 September 2013. PenzaNews. Cereal and technical crops were destroyed in Issinsky area in the territory of approximately 12,5 thousand hectares.

As the district administration representative told news agency “PenzaNews,” from Friday, September 27, till 15.00 of the following day there was stormy wind and snowfall, which caused heavy tree falling and power line breakdowns.

“Because of the natural hazard the emergency mode is imposed in the territory of Issinsky area. The damage caused by the bad weather will be estimated by the specially formed committee,” said the interviewee.
