Penza, 17 October 2013. PenzaNews. The solemn ceremony of opening of the business incubator of the office-industrial type “Parshin” on Lenin St. will be held on Friday, October 18.

The ceremony will be a part of the seminar dedicated to the work of Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity, which will be held during the first all-Russian conference “Community development: city, country, world.”

The seminar program includes the work of the discussion club in the office of the regional government with participation of Natalia Larionova, the director of the department for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Ivan Bortnik, the executive director of the Association of Innovative regions of the Russian Federation, and Vasily Bochkarev, the governor of the Penza region.

Then there planned an off-site session, in the course of which Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity will be demonstrated: “Nanoelectrolab,” “Invis,” “From idea to model,” “Take action”, “Step in the future,” and “Technoart.”

Afterwards the participants will make it to the business incubator “Parshin,” where another session will be held, dedicated to the experience exchange between the Centers’ heads from different regions of Russia; moreover, they will compose a schedule of events and distinguish main directions of the development of educational component of such centers.
