World Bank report on economy of Russia to be discussed in PSU

Penza, 28 October 2013. PenzaNews. The World Bank representative Sergey Ulatov will give a presentation on the topic “Structural problems are main constraints to economic growth in Russia” in Penza State University on Tuesday, October 29.

“It is expected that there will be a discussion of the report afterwards,” the Ministry of Economy of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

It was also added that Sergey Ulatov is planning to have a meeting with the administration of the educational establishment and regional representatives of the Ministry of Economy to discuss further cooperation.
