Penza, 31 October 2013. PenzaNews. Over 1,5 million loans totaling over 2,9 billion rubles were issued by Penza branch of Sberbank during nine months of 2013.

“During this period, more than 1,2 million entrepreneurs have opened new accounts. The total loan portfolio of clients of Penza branch of Sberbank in the small business segment exceed 5,3 billion rubles, ” the press service of the financial institution told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The bank added that a special offer will be applied which abolish fees for loan issuance for small business till December, 1 of this year.

“In addition, a program of refinancing loans from other banks was launched in August with the help of which entrepreneurs can refinance in Sberbank at a better interest rate,” the press service reminded.

According to the Manager of Penza branch of JSC “Sberbank of Russia” Mikhail Kisel, the development of new program offers for small business is one of the priorities in the work of the institution.

“The product line for this segment is constantly expanding, unique financial instruments are being introduced,” he explained.
