“The debt of the federal budget is 68 million rubles. All necessary requests were submitted to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, we are waiting for the funds,” the head of the finance department of Penza Olga Zaviyalkina said during the 56th session of the City Duma on Friday, November 29.

According to her, the mayor’s office representatives who visited Moscow several days ago expressed confidence that financing would be soon provided.
