Penza, 4 December 2013. PenzaNews. New high-efficiency technology of production high quality commercial milk, which has not analogues in the world, will be introduced by the inventor Alexander Belonosov during a meeting with the deputy chairman of the Penza region government Vyacheslav Orlov in the regional Ministry of Agriculture on Thursday, December 5.

“The idea, which lies at the heart of the technology, involves merging the process of milking cows with filtering, pasteurization and cooling of milk as well as its dosing, packaging and sealing. Thus, in the process of milking cows, milk comes out in the marketable state – in sealed refrigerated packages, suitable for immediate retail sale,” the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Ministry said that the entire production process is carried out automatically with full sealing of milk moving in the machine, thus its contact with the environment is precluded.

The press service recalled that earlier Alexander Belonosov met with the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev and proposed him to use some of his inventions in the region in various spheres, in particular, the integrated milking dairy unit.

“To date, there is only one prototype model of the equipment. It was tested in the eco-farm in the Moscow region. In the Penza region the management of the production association “Start” named after Mikhail Protsenko expressed its willingness to produce a prototype of the integrated milking dairy unit,” the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region said.
