Penza, 27 December 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev called the procedure for the selection of residents to work at the sites of the local business incubators bureaucratized.

“I believe that the Ministry of Economic Affairs should simplify this procedure because now if someone leaves the site of a business incubator it may take the new resident too long to come. Therefore, sometimes we see that a number of sites work inefficiently” the head of the region said during a meeting with journalists on Friday, December 27.

Vasily Bochkarev expressed opinion that new interesting people and companies have appeared in the present business environment which is being formed in the sites of the Penza business incubators.
