Moscow, 29 January 2014. PenzaNews. The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal fully satisfied the claims of public corporation “Penza Design Bureau of Modeling” to the companies Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. and Korea Aerospace Industries Ltd for the recovery of 49,7 million dollars.

In the 1990s, the employees of public corporation “Penza Design Bureau of Modeling” wrote a program for flight simulator for South Korean corporation Daewoo Heavy Industries and asked to coordinate its further use.

However, later, the company was reorganized and its successors started to supply simulators with this software to armed forces of Indonesia and Korea.

The trial has been on since 2004.

During the meeting held last Monday, January 27, the court made a decision to oblige the company “Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd.” to stop using the programs, the Internet service “Pravo.ru.”
