Penza regional debt for electricity reduced to 400 million rubles

Penza, 11 February 2014. PenzaNews. Debt for consumed electricity decreased in the Penza region to 400 million rubles. This was announced by the deputy general director of JSC “Interregional Distributive Company of Volga,” director of “Penzaenergo” Igor Tolbin during a meeting with reporters on Tuesday, February 11.

According to him, on January 1, 2014 it amounted to almost 720 million — 271 million rubles owed by the residents and 448 million rubles by the legal entities.

“320 million rubles have been paid out in the past month,” Igor Tolbin said.

He stressed that the change of the regional supplier does not relieve the debtor from repayment for 2013.
