Penza, 5 March 2014. PenzaNews. Public debt of the Penza region totaled 18,620,659 thousand rubles as of March 1, 2014. This was reported on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the region.

According to the authorities, during the past month the public debt decreased by 1,7 million — at the beginning of March it amounted to 18,622,376 thousand rubles.

Projected total budget revenue in the region of 2014 is 41,2 billion rubles, expenses — around 43,3 billion rubles.

Expenditure reserve fund of the Penza region has been approved in the amount of 25 million rubles.

The upper limit of the region’s public debt as of January 1, 2015 is set at 19,510,334 thousand rubles.
