“We do not train specialists who would be ready for modern economy, neither at schools nor in universities. This is because neither business nor government collaborate with schools. We did not create a platform for the training for the city and regional economy,” Vasily Bochkarev said during an extended meeting of the business council in the government of the Penza region on Thursday, March 27.
According to the governor, every year the shortage of personnel is becoming sharper, and both business and government are in need of decent people.
“According to statistics, in Russia, only 10 % of the population do not give or take bribes. And foreign investors report that the main problem of our country is not even corruption, but the lack of decent partners,” the head of the region pointed out.
Vasily Bochkarev stressed that in the first place, there is the problem of attitude development, rather than education.
