“Penza businessman Konstantin Volkov invests in hotel construction in Ulyanovsk and Volgograd, while there is a shortage of hotels in our region. It means that the deputy chairman of the government Vladimir Volkov, the head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov and mayor Yuri Alpatov ido not work hard enough with business,” Vasily Bochkarev said during an operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, March 31.
The governor urged officials to have some conclusions drawn from the situation when the investors are sought in Moscow, Rostov and even outside Russia in order to build a “decent hotel” in Penza.
