Penza, 2 April 2014. PenzaNews. Subsidy of over13 million rubles will be provided to the Penza region in 2014 from the federal budget under the state program aimed at the creation and development of infrastructure to support small business, including construction, reconstruction and material equipment of buildings for business incubators.

Distribution of funds in the amount of 1,4 billion rubles among the regions were approved by the decree of the government of the Russian Federation signed by prime minister Dmitry Medvedev.

According to the explanatory note to the document, when determining the amount of the subsidy for each region, they took into account the proportion of the number of small and medium enterprises registered in the region, in their total amount in the Russian Federation.
