Penza, 28 April 2014. PenzaNews. More than 116 bln rubles of subsidies will be given to Penza region from the federal budget to support farming industry. “According to the Russian government decree draft, more than 110 bln rubles will be allotted to the region for co-financing expenditure commitments to compensate a part of farming industry production’s expenses for each kg of milk sold or dispatched to their own processing facilities,” told the press center of the Ministry of Agriculture to agency “PenzaNews.”

The administration representative added that the second subsidy is dedicated to co-financing the region’s expenditure commitments to compensate a part of interest rate for investment credits used for construction and reconstruction of beef cattle breeding facilities.

“6.18 bln rubles will be given to Penza region for these purposes,” clarified the Ministry of Agriculture representative.
