Production of milk and eggs dropped by over 15% in Penza region

Penza, 15 May 2014. PenzaNews. Results of the development of animal husbandry in all categories of farms in January - April 2014 were announced by the regional department of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Penza region.

According to the information published on the official website in Penza Statistics Service on Thursday, May 15, production of milk and eggs decreased by 15,3% and 15,7% respectively compared to the same period last year.

However, the region increased production of livestock and poultry for slaughter in live weight by 5,6%.
