“Summing up 2013, I would like to note the following events. Achievements of the bank were again assessed by the rating agency AK & M, which confirmed the credit rating on the national scale B + + with stable prospects. Also our pride is that the first time we were recognized the winner of the public prize established by the International Academy of Management the Free Economic Society of Russia with the support of the Association of Russian banks and Association of Regional Banks of Russia “Manager of the Year in the banking sector” in the nomination “For high quality of customer service,” Mikhail Dralin told news agency “PenzaNews.”

He added that the bank continued introduction of new services that can meet the growing needs of customers.

“We opened Internet Banking “kuzbank-online” — a complete solution for remote individuals to access our services. With this system, our customers can manage their accounts via the Internet,” the agency interlocutor said.

Mikhail Dralin informed that the total value of assets of Bank Kuznetsky at the beginning of 2014 amounted to 4,278,6 million rubles, net loans increased by 25 % to 3,003,7 million rubles.

“The main source of asset growth is the increase in the loan portfolio and investments in securities. Over the year, the equity increased by 11%, the share capital by 3%. Customers continue to entrust their money to the bank, which increased the amount of funds raised by 21% up to 3,697,4 million rubles. The total loan portfolio increased by 12% and amounted to 2,877,6 million rubles,” the chairman of Bank Kuznetsky quoted data.

He noted that the establishment has a stable position in the segment of provision of banking services to organizations — clients of Kuznetsky are enterprises of the leading industries of the region.

“The volume of corporate deposits grew by 26,7 %, or by 93,3 million rubles. The bank also kept the trends laid down in previous years, in terms of loan portfolio growth in corporate lending and increase in the market share of banking services while maximizing revenue and minimizing risks. The volume of loans to corporate customers amounted to 4,860 million rubles, the increase compared to last year amounted to 13,5 %, including small and medium-sized businesses — 4,001,5 million rubles, growth — 82,3 %,” Mikhail Dralin pointed out.

According to him, in 2013 the financial performance of the bank 's retail unit increased significantly.

“This was made possible by improving the quality of products and services for private clients. Wide range of deposits and competitive interest rates ensured the increase in borrowed funds by 15,3 %, amounting as of January 1, 2014 to 2,218,6 million rubles. Loans to individuals grew by 24,4 %, reaching to January 1, 2014 768,5 million rubles,” the agency interlocutor explaned.

“During the year, new projects in the card business were developed and launched — social and communal cards that allow not only to manage money, but also to earn extra. All of the above events and achievements are the links of one chain of logic designed to lead to the strengthening of the bank's business with the greater information transparency for customers and the public,” he stressed.
