Penza, 23 May 2014. PenzaNews. Enterprises of the Penza region should strive not only to increase the volume of production, but also improve the quality of their products. This opinion was expressed by governor Vasily Bochkarev during the business forum, which took place in the regional library named after M. Lermontov on Friday, May 23.

According to the head of the region, the quality of products is one of the major challenges of modern business in Penza along with a lack of qualified personnel.

“Companies need to be focused on production of products that they could be proud of, not ashamed of. No matter what it is — furniture, pastry or vegetables,” Vasily Bochkarev said.

The governor noted that often consumers buying goods in an attractive package, subsequently find significant flaws for which they have overpaid.

“This is one of the issues on which we all need to work — businesses, educational institutions, family and the authorities. Consumers who has the opportunity to choose should not be disappointed when purchasing local products,f” Vasily Bochkarev said.
