Story of success of LLC “Vanyushkiny sladosti” presented at business forum in Penza during a discussion session on the development of youth business confirms that age is no barrier to opening their own business. This opinion was expressed by general director of JSC “Center of cluster development” Mikhail Lyashkov.

“LLC “Vanyushkiny sladosti” was among the first members of the confectionery cluster of the Penza region. Specialists of the company are actively involved in almost all activities that are carried out by the center — whether these are seminars, round tables, exhibitions, or something else,” the agency interlocutor said.

According to Mikhail Lyashkov, “Vanyushkiny sladosti” are an example of the company, which in a relatively short period of time has demonstrated high growth rates.

“It is gratifying that the leading role in the company belongs to young businesspeople — Kuzyakovs brothers. Within 5-6 years, the company has grown from a small workshop to a confectionery factory, and is now taking steps to enter new markets, constantly offering different types of products and purchasing modern imported equipment,” the head of the center said.

In turn, the director of “Vanyushkiny sladosti” Nikolai Kuzyakov noted that the association of individual often small companies significantly helps in business development, especially at the initial stage.

“Cluster gives an opportunity to participate in exhibitions, where you can find new markets. Moreover, it gives a lot of support in the training of personnel, including personnel managers. This is a huge plus,” the businessman explained.

He added that among the participants of confectionery cluster there is certain competition, but it is extremely constructive.

“Within the cluster, we have an opportunity to gather round the table and find the interaction point. For example, together, we can sell large volumes of products at competitive prices. As cooperation allows us to go to the shopping networks, which is quite a problem for a single standing regional company,” Nikolai Kuzyakov summed up.
