Penza, 2 June 2014. PenzaNews. Turkish group of companies Cemil Ozgur Group plans to repair and construct road system in the Penza region. This was announced by governor Vasily Bochkarev during a press conference held on Tuesday, June 2, one of the issues of which was summarizing his visit to Turkey.

“We were shown how to conduct the reconstruction of roads, how to build roads, how to brew good asphalt,” Vasily Bochkarev said.

He noted that the construction of roads in the region will be the second project of the company, which it intends to realize in the Penza region.

“In addition to the construction of a brick factory, a company on road construction and reconstruction of the road network will be registered, which, like the domestic business, will participate in the tender,” the governor said.

The head of the region explained that the Turkish partners are going to study the state of roads in the Penza region on the site and suggest approaches for road construction in the near future.

“But the most important decision, political, they have adopted. That is, it will not only be a brick factory, but road construction as well. We made the final decision concerning these two projects,” Vasily Bochkarev said.
