Penza, 7 July 2014. PenzaNews. The Penza region was recognized the leader in the case of doing business among the regions with a low base. Such results were received during a survey of over five thousand businessmen, giving an overall assessment of business conditions in the country, from 77 regions of the Russian Federation, which is published on the website of the Russian government.

According to the presented data, Tatarstan became the best among the regions with high base, and the Rostov region — with average base.

All in all, the 2013 evaluation of the conditions of business in Russia amounted to 5,6 points out of 10. In 2012 this figure was 4,2 points.

Evaluation of the heads of federal executive bodies was held in 46 indicators, target values were achieved in 32 indicators of those.

As the explanatory note to the survey states, this has been achieved through the implementation of the road maps of the national business initiatives to improve the investment climate in Russia and systematic work of federal executive bodies.
